Andrew Lovett reviewed an estimated 10,000 unemployment cases in eleven years at the Board of Review, the highest-level appeal body at the Division of Unemployment Assistance (DUA). He is extremely familiar with applicable statutes, Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court cases, regulations, and agency policies. In advising the Board and drafting decisions on its behalf, Mr. Lovett became an expert in analyzing the law in a vast array of unemployment factual settings.
